I thought about buying this bed for a few years and finally did and it has been amazing. My partner and I both sleep deeper (his smart watch agrees) and my insomnia is almost gone. Also all body pain related to our old bed is gone. We bought the king size bed and didn't really have trouble finding sheets (it is slightly larger than a north American king) and queen sized wool pillows which fit in a standard pillowcase cover. It took 2 weeks or so to get used to and now we sleep so well. Yves is so nice and delivered everything to our place. The wool topper is the softest and best thing I have ever laid on. We both absolutely love this bed so much. The wool pillows are amazing too. I wish I was sleeping in it right now!

Bought everything natural, ecological and local, for an entire king bed. From frame to sheets and everything in between. Initially I purchased the Green Bed Store's Dunlop latex mattress with an organic cotton cover. And it turned out to be the most comfortable king bed ever! At first I was skeptical because we've always slept on super thick coil mattresses. It was a big commitment to switch but we knew it was the right thing for our health and for the environment. Turns out their mattress is the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept in! I was so happy with this mattress and wool topper that I went ahead and bought a lot more from their store. I bought the full king maple bed frame+headboard, also made locally by the Balancer Das Original. I fell in love with the clean Scan look. And also wool pillows and duvet made in North Van plus gorgeous organic bed sheets from Takasa - also a Vancouver based company. It was a huge investment and I'm so glad I took the plunge. We spend a big chunk of our lives sleeping so it is well worth the investment to buy something good for our health, good for the environment and locally made!
